It’s going to be a busy fall at Caviness and Cates. We’re opening several new communities, debuting a few new floor plans, inviting you to come tour our model homes and more.

We are currently pouring foundations and putting final touches on homes for sale in several new communities including, Tyler Park in Holly Springs, Preserve at Tidewater in Sneads Ferry and Riverwood Ranch in Clayton.
