Graduates of University of North Carolina Wilmington, licensed general contractors Watson Caviness and Chris Cates founded the company to become one of the largest and most prominent home builders in Cumberland, Hoke, and Harnett counties. With new home communities in the Fayetteville, NC, Clayton, NC, Beaufort, NC, Greenville, NC and Jacksonville, NC areas. the company founders’ hopes have become a reality.
