C&C Awarded by Onslow County Home Builders Association

Caviness and Cates was recently awarded by the Onslow County Home Builders Association during their Showcase of Homes held June 11^th and 12^th.

The showcase was the first event in Onslow County to feature new homes in over 20 years. It allowed local builders to highlight unique and quality home features within several categories; including Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite Area, Best Construction Quality, Best Curb Appeal and Best Floor Plan.

Out of 25 entries, Caviness and Cates took home three awards from the event. The Southbridge community in Sneads Ferry was awarded Best Curb Appeal in the $175,001- $225,000 range and Best Feature for Landscaping on Lot #36, while Emerson Park in Jacksonville received the Blue Ribbon for the entire 3^rd Floor of Lot #79
