Give us your thoughts anytime after moving into your new Caviness & Cates home, and we'll listen and respond accordingly.
To help ensure customer satisfaction and communication, we have implemented an active customer participation system with homeowners. All of our customers are surveyed once at closing, and then again 30 days after moving into their new home. We use the results of this research to identify ways which we can continuously improve our products and make it easier for you from the sales, selections, and closing processes, all the way through our warranty services.
