Using Technology to Ensure Customer Satisfaction

C&C customer Survey#11BFCD5 copy1As a North Carolina Home Builder, homeowners are our first priority. We take pride in the fact that we maintain a relationship with customers beyond sale and closing. In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we have implemented a Caviness & Cates Homeowner Survey as part of the closing process.

The Homeowner Survey is compiled of a list of demographic and home/community features that are weighted in importance, on a scale from 1 to 5. Features such as area schools or number of bathrooms in the home are among the attributes ranked.

We leverage the technology of an iPad App to aggregate new homeowner data that is sent directly to our Homeowner Database. Once in the database, we are able to get a clear picture of what customers feel are determining factors when making their final home decision. We then use the information collected to identify ways we can improve our homes, communities and homebuying process, allowing us to cater to the wants and needs of our customers.
