This October, our team gathered for one of our favorite traditions — the Caviness & Cates Employee Fall Picnic! It was the perfect day to relax, reconnect, and celebrate another great year together.
We kicked things off with a few rounds of trivia, where friendly competition and plenty of laughs filled the air. Winners took home fun prizes, but the real reward was seeing everyone enjoy the afternoon together.
Lunch was a crowd favorite — delicious Italian dishes from a local Fayetteville favorite spot, Sammios! Nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company!
This year, we also took time to give back by supporting Falcon Children’s Home, an organization dedicated to providing a home for children who, for whatever reason are unable to live with their parents in a regular home setting. Through donations from our team, we were able to help children and families in need — a reminder of how powerful it is when we come together as a company, not just for fun, but for purpose.
As we celebrate 26 years in business, we’re grateful for the people who make Caviness & Cates what it is — a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have a little fun along the way.
Here’s to another year of growth, laughter, and building both homes and community. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
