The 2026 Triangle and Franklin County Parade of Homes is for you whether you're house hunting, gathering design inspiration, or just love a good reason to explore beautiful new homes on a Saturday afternoon. Parade season is here — and we couldn't be more excited to welcome you into three of our favorites.
What Is the Parade of Homes?
If you've never been, think of it as a self-guided, all-access pass to some of the most beautifully designed new construction homes in the Triangle. It's free, it's open to the public, and it's the perfect way to see the latest trends in floor plans, finishes, and design — all while imagining what life could look like in your next home. No appointment needed, no pressure, just walk right in during open hours and explore.

The 2026 Parade runs across three big weekends, 12 PM – 5 PM each day:
- Saturday, October 3 & Sunday, October 4
- Friday, October 9 – Sunday, October 11
- Friday, October 16 – Sunday, October 18

Our Homes On Parade
🏠 65 Kettle Creek Drive, Zebulon, NC — The Weymouth | $450,507
