Eagle Cove Is Coming to Hope Mills — Here’s How to Be First in Line
Right behind Dirtbag Ales, something special is taking shape.
Eagle Cove is our newest Americana community in Hope Mills, featuring both townhomes and single-family homes. The interest is already strong, so we’re making the path to owning one clear, organized, and fun.
Here’s exactly what to expect.
The Preview
In mid-August we’ll host an online Preview Event so you can learn everything about Eagle Cove before the big day. We’ll cover the community, the home plans, the lifestyle of living steps from Dirtbag Ales, and how your home selection will work.
Get Ready Ahead of Time
Between August 24–26, you can meet with Belinda, our wonderful community specialist, to pick your new home plan, walk homesites to find the perfect fit, and get your paperwork started. These meetings run by appointment, 10am–2pm. Go ahead and get that scheduled!
Get pre-approved with our Preferred Lender, Leslie Nunn at First Point Home Loans so you are ready to sign at the Grand Opening!
Coming prepared to the Grand Opening is the smartest move. Buyers who have everything ready will be able to move straight to signing on Grand Opening day.
Grand Opening – August 28
Friday, August 28 | 11:30am–2:00pm Location: Dirtbag Ales
This is the day! First come, first served to sign contracts and reserve your new home! You can hang around at Dirtbag Ales, meet your future neighbors, enjoy some light lunch, and make your new home OFFICIAL! Be sure to get there early to get a good spot!
It’s equal parts selection day and celebration! We'll go in order of who arrived first to walk your homesite and lock in your new home!
Please remember, no contracts will be signed until the Grand Opening.
