The Wallet Hub, a personal finance group, recently released a study ranking Greenville, NC as one of the country’s 4th Fastest Growing Cities. A city that had only 30,000 community members just over 40 years ago, has now grown to a population of 90,000 people and counting.

Why such exponential growth?

Providing more and more job opportunities each year, Greenville has become an attractive area for young medical professionals and growing families. The growth in job availabilities is largely due to the area’s growing university and medical center.

Academia + Medical Facility Growth

What was once known as a small college town is now known for the large campus of East Carolina University and Brody School of Medicine… And, what was once home to a small hospital is now home to an award-winning, academic medical center that provides health services to over 1.4 million people in the area and surrounding.

Job Opportunities + Reasonably Priced Homes

Greenville’s growing job opportunities, combined with reasonable housing options makes it an ideal place to call home. Caviness and Cates currently builds in five neighborhoods and is building new homes starting at $137,900. See our Move In Ready NEW Homes .
