On October 23rd, 2021, we teamed up with Better Homes & Gardens Lifestyle Property Partners to hold a community pumpkin painting event at our Brookwood model home in Carthage, NC! It was such a beautiful day with gorgeous Fall weather as happy homeowners from our Laurel Ridge and Brookwood communities came together. Neighbors got to enjoy food, fun, and festivities as they gear up for Halloween!

The kids had a great time painting pumpkins on hay bales while wearing their Halloween-themed attire. They did a fantastic job with their spooky creations! While they waited for their art pieces to dry, they played hopscotch and other fun games outside. Parents and neighbors got to catch up with one another while enjoying a tasty lunch provided at the event.

We love knowing that the families living in our homes enjoy their community and the neighbors around them. We want to give a big “thank you” to our Sales Representatives, Amy McKenzie, Mark Bergstrom, and Lindsey Merriman, for planning and hosting such an incredible event. We always look forward to seeing the great Halloween events the team puts on in the Southern Pines area. We can’t wait to see what you all plan for next year!
