The Drayton-Embark Collection floorplan offers flexible living spaces to fit a variety of lifestyles, including the option for a second-floor family room or a fifth bedroom. On the first floor, a dining room creates a space for entertaining, with the option to convert it into a flex room with optional French doors for added versatility.

The open-concept kitchen overlooks the breakfast area and great room and features a spacious island and corner pantry, creating the perfect setup for everyday living and gathering with family and friends. The great room offers an optional fireplace, while the optional covered porch/patio options extends your living space outdoors for relaxing or entertaining.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a private sitting area, walk-in closet, dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, and linen closet. Three additional bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and optional double vanity. An open loft at the top of the stairs provides flexible living space, or choose an optional fifth bedroom in its place.

Additional highlights include flexible 2- to 3-car garage layouts with an optional garage work area for extra storage, a home gym, or craft bench. Garage options are community and homesite dependent.

My wife and I worked with Caviness & Cates to build our dream home. We worked with their realtor Brittany Spencer throughout the entire process and she made sure that we were happy every step of the way! The design center experience was amazing and we were able to pick all the finishes for our new home! Jacob was our project manager and he made our vision come to life! He was super receptive to all our questions and addressed any concerns that arose during the whole process! We have lived in our home now for a little less than a year and Jacob still regularly checks in to make sure that we are still happy with our home! We have had minor issues that we’ve found with our home since living here (a crack in a light fixture, chipped tile, loud bathroom fan) and Jacob and the warranty team have fixed all of them really quickly with no problem! Overall we are extremely happy with our whole experience and would definitely recommend this company!
