Step inside the Camellia and you'll be welcomed by a versatile flex room just off the foyer. The spacious kitchen is designed for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring ample countertop space, an island with bar seating, a sink overlooking the great room, and a generous pantry.

Just off the foyer, a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer offers convenient access to a half-bath. The open great room is designed for everyday living and entertaining, with an optional fireplace and access to a rear patio or optional rear covered porch. *Please note: the fireplace option requires the covered porch.

The first-floor primary suite is privately located off the great room and includes a large walk-in closet, double vanity, walk-in shower, private water closet, and linen storage.
