Upon entering the Camellia, you are greeted by a dining room off the foyer with easy access to the kitchen, with an optional flex room available in its place for added versatility. The kitchen offers plenty of countertop space, bar seating, a sink overlooking the great room, and a spacious pantry.

Just off the foyer, a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer offers convenient access to a half-bath. The open great room is designed for everyday living and entertaining, with an optional fireplace and access to the rear patio or optional covered porch. *Please note: the fireplace option requires the covered porch.

The first-floor primary suite is privately located off the great room and includes a large walk-in closet, double vanity, walk-in shower, private water closet, and linen storage. Upstairs, a spacious loft connects to three additional bedrooms plus a full bathroom and a conveniently located laundry room. 

A 2-car garage is included, with available options such as a work area bump-out or 3rd-car garage, depending on homesite and community availability.
