The Graham is a thoughtfully designed two-story home offering flexible spaces and customizable options to fit a variety of lifestyles. Just off the foyer, choose between a dining room or a private flex room with double doors and a closet—ideal for a home office, playroom, or guest space. A powder room is also conveniently located near the entry.


The kitchen is designed for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring an eat-in island with bar seating, a sink overlooking the great room, and a corner pantry for added storage. With the dining room layout, the pantry is located in the pass-through that connects the kitchen and dining room. In both the flex/dining room options, the pantry can be upgraded to a deluxe pantry with an optional sink and optional window.The open-concept living area also includes a dining space with sliding door access to the rear patio, with optional covered porch layouts, patio sizes, and door styles available. The spacious great room is filled with natural light and offers optional fireplace and additional window selections.


Upstairs, the private primary suite features an en-suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, walk-in closet with a window, walk-in shower, linen closet, and private water closet. At the top of the stairs, a versatile loft provides additional living space, or can be replaced with an optional nursery or office featuring a closet and access from both the primary suite and hallway. Two additional bedrooms with walk-in closets share a full hall bathroom.


A conveniently located second-floor laundry room includes washer/dryer connections and a separate storage closet. Additional customization options include an extended front porch, transom windows, and multiple garage layouts, such as a work-area bump-out or an optional third-car garage, depending on homesite availability.
