When I embarked on the journey to relocate to Beaufort from central PA I expected to encounter logistical issues due to the fact that I was unable to be on sight to monitor the progress of my home and the various upgrades I selected. I closed t the end of March as planned and am pleased to state that the experience with the builder was unbelievably and unexpectedly smooth! The project manager, Jon McClary, treated the purchase of my new home as if it were his own. His timely communication, attention to detail, expertise in construction, friendly demeanor, and reliability are to credit for my stellar home buying experience. As I make my transition from PA to Beaufort, Jon continues to stay in touch with me regarding details to fine tune the performance of my "smart" home's digital footprint and arranges his schedule such that he can connect with me in person during one of my trips to Beaufort to address any needs or questions I have while I'm in town. The confidence I have in my home is directly aligned with the role Jon has played in this mid-life adventure I chose to undertake.
